VIBRATORY HEADS FOR IMMERSION VIBRATORS WITH A FLEXIBLE SHAFT
The vibration head is part of the immersion vibrators used for construction work and is intended for compaction of concrete mixes, pored over small areas, in cast-in-place constructions, medium reinforced building structures.
The vibration head of all types of vibrators is a hermetically sealed enclosure with a roller inside connected with the shaft via a flexible joint. The roller, moving planetary over the taper surface of the core (or sleeve), generates vibratory oscillations of the housing. To prevent contamination there is a special felt strip, mounted on the shaft side in the vibratory heads of vibrators.
The following modifications to the heads are manufactured: diameters 28mm; 38mm; 51mm; 76mm.
|Diameter of the vibro-head working section, mm||28||38||51||76|
|Length of the vibro-head working section, mm||415||415||410||430|
|Operation radius, mm||180||205||300||430|
|Mean time before failure to specifications, hours||100||100||150||150|
|Compatibility with flexible shafts||IV-75.03||EV-260.02, IV-75.03||EV-260||EV-260|
All external housing connections of the vibratory heads have a left-handed thread.
