PORTABLE IMMERSION VIBRATORS WITH A FLEXIBLE SHAFT IV-115, VI-120, IV-121
These vibrators are intended for compaction of concrete mixes poured into cast-in-situ constructions with various reinforcement density in hydraulic engineering as well as for manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products for precast concrete construction with the minimum spacing of reinforcement exceeding 1,5 of the head diameter (from 42 to 57 mm accordingly).
The vibrators are used for manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products in precast concrete construction, as well as for construction joint grouting in precast reinforced structures.
There is a planetary vibration exciter in the vibro-head. A single-phase electric drive is used to drive the vibro-head.
A flexible output armored shaft is used to transfer rotation from the electric drive to the vibro-head.
