Differences between the classical and new series

In the attempt to improve our products we rest upon responses and recommendations of our customers. Our own extensive experience and experience we exchange with our foreign partners enables us to upgrade our production facilities. All these allowed us to develop new ranges of generalpurpose vibrators.

Our main objectives are to increase operational life, improve reliability and ensure convenient operation. We succeeded in achieving these objectives.

FEATURES OF THE VIBRATORS OF THE NEW SERIES

• Increased motor power;
• Improved carrying capacity of bearings;
• Cast-iron bearing shields;
• Reinforcement of engine column with additional strengthening ribs;
• New fastener system where couplers are replaced for bolts;
• Easily removed steel covers;
• Improved dust- and damp-proofness;
• Up-to-date design.

THE VIBRATORS OF THE NEW SERIES COULD BE A PERFECT CHANGE

OF THE CLASSICAL VIBRATORS WHEN:

• High reliability is required (for example, as a part of process equipment, where vibrators operate with increased load because of constant switching on and off).
• Vibrators are operated under severe conditions.
• Longer operational time is required (for example, during long continuous operation).

THE CHOICE OF THE VIBRATORS OF THE NEW SERIES IS JUSTIFIED

BECAUSE:

• Vibrators of the new series allow you to adjust centrifugal force that makes operation simple.
• Vibrators of the new series may be operated under severe conditions.
• Vibrators of the new series may be set at an angle (not only afl at).

The suggested range of choice of the vibrators in the new ranges is much wider. There are models of very small overall dimensions and motor capacity (IV-0,5-25 and IV-01-50) as well as high-capacity models (IV-60 -16, IV-43-25 and IV-60-50).

Design and outside appearance of vibrators of the new series have been patented.
