About company
The open joint-stock company, the Yaroslavl factory “Krasnii Mayak”, is the leading enterprise in Russia in the development and production of electromechanical vibrators. Our vibrators are widely used in industrial, civic, road, and energy construction, as well as in machine building, metallurgy, and casting production. The enterprise grew from a workshop of the merchant Sorokin, where they produced varnishes and paints, to a modern, complex, mechanized enterprise. In the 1930s, during the time of intensive industrialization of the country, the quantity of concrete work greatly increased. The factory “Krasnii Mayak” was specified as the main producer and development center of electromechanical vibrators, which have been mass-produced there since 1936. Presently, the enterprise turns out vibrators for general industrial use, with a capacity ranging from 0.12 to 4 kWt., with a frequency of vibration from 1000 to 6000 rotations per minute; immersion vibrator with a flexible shaft or with a built-in electromotor with a diameter of the working section from 28 äî 133 mm for the mechanized and manual preparation and mixing of concrete. The technical quality of the vibrators, which the factory produces at the present time, is in no way inferior to the corresponding parameters of similar products of the well-known foreign firms. The specialists of the enterprise are prepared to give advice on issues concerning utilization of the vibration equipment of our production, the choice of efficient modes of vibration, ways of reliable fastening of the equipment in bins, on vibrosieves, on feeders, on cluster installations, or on other technological equipment. Production of three-phase asynchronous electro-motors with capacity ranging from 60 to 120 watt is another line of the factory’s development. Our factory is the only one in Russia that produces motors, which height of rotational axis comes to 50mm. The products of our enterprise have been certified and are delivered to all regions of Russia and countries of the CIS. In 2001 the factory received a certificate of quality ICO 9001:2000.
